As everyone knows, our Communities and Country are dealing with the ramifications of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. We encourage all of you to follow the instructions provided by local, state and federal officials during this complicated time.

Because the health of our employees and clients are of paramount importance, we are implementing certain new social distancing procedures which will prevent the unnecessary spread of COVID-19 while also being able to still assist our clients.

Effective immediately, all in person consultations will be either replaced with a phone consultation/meeting or will be rescheduled to after April 1, 2020. In addition, all scheduled document signings will be rescheduled on a case by case basis as we realize emergency work and requests need to be accommodated appropriately.

Each of our four locations will be closed to the public. If you need to pick up or drop off documents, we ask you to first call our main office line 518.465.7581 or email us at info@herzoglaw.com before doing so in order to make sure the documents can be provided or received as the case may be.

Over the last few weeks, we have had a large demand from clients wanting to change their existing estate planning documents, create a new estate plan and/or get copies of some of their documents. We expect that demand to increase during this Pandemic. Through phone consultations and email, we hope to be able to serve our clients.

We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time. We hope that the actions will help flatten the curve of this virus and we look forward to continuing to help you and your family for all of your estate planning and elder law needs both now and in the future when this virus is eradicated.
