Attorney Phil Tribble in Demand as Speaker
On May 27, 2010, principal attorney, Phil
Tribble, will speak on Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance
and the ethical responsibilities of representing mentally incapable
clients. Phil is a
frequent elder law lecturer for the National Business Institute, an
organization that provides continuing education to attorneys and
other professionals.

Continuing Education Seminar.
Issues such as why everyone should have a Will, Living Will
and Health Care Proxy, as well as how to effectively use a Medicaid
Trust to protect your assets will be discussed.
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer
session.
The continuing education class begins at 7:00 pm in room B-102 and
the cost to attend the class is $7.
